Add the fish to the skillet and cook, browning on both sides—season with salt and pepper in addition to lemon and fresh herbs to your liking. Enjoy with a side of roasted vegetables or rice.

Roasted Hot Dogs and Brats

Obviously, a classic campground recipe is just to cook hotdogs and bratwurst over the campfire. This is a great evening activity for you and the kids to enjoy, and it sure to bring back memories of when you were young. Make sure you bring hot dog buns, ketchup, mustard, sauerkraut, and any other toppings you enjoy on your hotdogs and brats.
